Welcome to the Deep Web Solutions Premium Support Forum! This is a central hub for all our customers with an active license to request assistance with their products. We strive to reply to every new topic within 24h excluding weekends and public holidays.

What are topics and how to create one?

Each new support query is called a "topic". In order to publish a new topic, please first select the appropriate forum for the plugin you're having issues with in the sidebar on the right-hand side of the screen. For example, if you are having trouble with our plugin "Locked Payment Methods for WooCommerce", please select the forum "Locked Payment Methods" and so on.

If you're logged-in with an account that is associated with an active license, you will be able to click on a button called "New Topic" in order to post your question. If you're not logged-in already, clicking the button will redirect you to the login page -- you'll be brought back after successfully logging in!

Issues with logging in

If you're having trouble logging in or if you have a pre-sale question, please use the dedicated forms on our contact page to get specialized support for your query.

Are all topics public?

All topics are public and can be searched through/read by anyone visiting the website. Please do NOT include any sensitive information in your topic's description. Sensitive information includes, but is not limited to, your website's administrator credentials or your server's (S)FTP credentials.

How to share sensitive information with us?

Every now and then, we might need access to your website (or a staging clone thereof) in order to debug the issue you're facing. We will try to exhaust every other option before asking this of you, but sometimes there is no way around it. For those cases, you can include the sensitive information in a separate comment marked as private. Marking a reply as private is as easy as selecting the checkbox with the same label before posting your reply. Replies marked as private will only be visible to you and our staff.
